What is the hardest thing about being a leader?
I think I’ve never found the “leader” thing difficult; I’ve been doing it most of it my life (and I’ve been a tech CEO for 33 years now). What I find difficult is situations in which I’m not the leader. I tend to avoid “be on a committee” kinds of things. I find either I’m the main one who’s doing the talking or I basically just zone out.
